PUZON MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PASIL, AND CONVERTING IT INTO A SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PASIL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR"

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Republic Act No. 8734 is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. The Pasil Municipal High School, also known as Doña Eufronia M. Puzon Memorial High School - Pasil Annex in the Municipality of Pasil, Province of Kalinga, is hereby separated from the Doña Eufronia M. Puzon Memorial High School in the Municipality of Tabuk, and converted into a separate and independent national high school to be known as Pasil National High School."

Section 2

SEC. 2. The title of Republic Act No. 8734 shall now read as follows:

"An Act Separating The Pasil Municipal High School Also Known As The Dona Eufronia M. Puzon Memorial High School - Pasil Annex In The Municipality Of Pasil, Province Of Kalinga, From The Dona Eufronia M. Puzon Memorial High School In The Municipality of Tabuk, And Converting It Into A Separate And Independent National High School To Be Known As The Pasil National High School, And Appropriating Funds Therefor."

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
