Section 1

SECTION 1. The inland, interior and remotely-situated municipalities of Tagoloan, Pantar, Balo-i, Pantao-Ragat, Matungao, Poona-Piagapo, Munai, Tangkal, Magsaysay, Salvador, Sapad, Nunungan, Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lala and Kapatagan, all in the Province of Lanao del Norte, are hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district to be known as the Second Highway Engineering District of the Province of Lanao del Norte.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The office of said highway engineering district shall be located in the Municipality of Balo-i, and shall have a highway district engineer and such other personnel as may be necessary, who shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4
