AN ACT TO AMEND COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO FIX THE SALARY OF THE AUDITOR GENERAL AT FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS PER ANNUM."

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one of Commonwealth Act Numbered hundred thirty-two is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

“SECTION 1. The Auditor General shall receive an annual salary of sixteen thousand pesos.”

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provision of this Act for the rest of the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred fifty-three, shall be taken from the savings of the appropriation for the General Auditing Office for said fiscal year.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
