Section 1
SECTION 1. The Lingayao National High School is hereby established in Barangay Lingayao, Municipality of Las Nieves, Province of Agusan del Norte under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
