SECTION 1. The Bartolome and Manuela Pañares Memorial National High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Barili, Province of Cebu is hereby established.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations that would carry out the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and therefor.
Section 4
