AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN JUAN COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL AT SAN JUAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BAYUGAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR INTO A NATIONAL GOVERNMENT-FUNDED SECONDARY SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN JUAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The San Juan Community High School at San Juan, Municipality of Bayugan, Province of Agusan del Sur is hereby converted into a regular secondary school under the control and supervision of the national government through the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This school shall be known officially as the San Juan National High School.

Section 3

SEC. 3. All records, personnel, assets and liabilities of the San Juan Community High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the San Juan National High School.

Section 4

SEC. 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 5

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
