SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that March 7 of every year be a special working public holiday in the City of Tagum to enable its residents to fittingly commemorate and celebrate its foundation day.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) FRANKLIN M. DRILON (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA JR.
