Section 1

SECTION 1. The Provincial road connecting the Catanauan-Buenavista Provincial Road covering said municipalities in the southern part of Bondoc Peninsula, Quezon Province, which has a length of twenty-nine (29) kilometers, is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in its program the improvement, maintenance and repair of the said road, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) FRANKLIN M. DRILON (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA JR.
