Section 1

SECTION 1. July thirty-one of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Sagay, Province of Camiguin, to commemorate its foundation day anniversary.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) FRANKLIN M. DRILON (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA JR. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 3, 2003 and January 22, 2003, respectively.
