Section 1

SECTION 1. In order to communicate the charter anniversary of the City of Naga, June 18 each year is hereby declared as Naga City Charter Day and a special nonworking holiday in the said city.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall repeal Republic Act No. 9089.

Section 3
