SECTION 1. The Concepcion - Capas Road in the municipalities of Conception and Capas, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 7.5 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circular to implement the provision of this Act.
