SECTION 1. Michael G.J. Gleissner is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto.

AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO MICHAEL G.J. GLEISSNER
SEC. 2. Upon the taking and registration of the oath of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines before the Bureau of Immigration and the issuance to him of the Certificate of Naturalization, Michael G.J. Gleissner shall enter upon the full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
