Section 1

SECTION 1. April 3 of every year is hereby declard a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Luisiana, Province of Laguna to celebrate the "Araw ng Lubusang Kalayaan Bilang Bayan ng Luisiana, Laguna" and the Pandanan Festival."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines. Approved, (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA JR. (Sgd.)
