Section 1 Renaming of School.

SECTION 1. Renaming of School. — Florida Elementary School, a public elementary school situated in Barangay Florida, Butuan City, is hereby renamed and henceforth shall be known as Mariana L. Pineda Memoraial Elementary School.

Section 2 Repealing Clause.

SEC. 2. Repealing Clause. — All laws, decrees, executive orders and other administrative issuances and part thereof which are inconsistent with the provision of this Act are hereby modified or suspended accordingly.

Section 3 Separability Clause.

SEC. 3. Separability Clause. — If any clause, provision, paragraph or part hereof shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid, it shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Act.

Section 4 Effectivity.

SEC. 4. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
