Section 1

SECTION 1. This Act shall be officially known as the "Apolinario Mabini Superhighway Act".

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act officially names the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR) to Apolinario Mabini Superhighway (AMS).

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA JR. (Sgd.)
