SECTION 1. Renaming of School. — The name Bangui School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Bangui, Province of Ilocaos Norte is hereby changed to Bangui Institute of Technology.

Repealing Clause.

SEC. 2. Repealing Clause. — All laws, presidential decrees, executive orders, rules and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Effectivity.
