Conversion into an Integrated School.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Conversion into an Integrated School. — The Highway Hills Elementary School in the City of Mandaluyong is hereby converted into an integrated school to be known as the Highway Hills Integrated School.

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. — All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Highway Hills Elementary School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Highway Hills Integrated School.

Appropriations.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Appropriations. — The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Highway Hills Integrated School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation.

Section 4

SEC. 4. Implementation. — The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may nbe necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Effectivity.

Section 5
