Establishment of an Integrated National High School.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Establishment of an Integrated National High School. — There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, an integrated national high school in Barangay Binalian, Municipality of Kayapa, Province of Nueva Vizcaya to be known as Binalian Integrated National High School.

Appropriations.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Appropriations. — The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of Binalian Integrated National High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Implementation. — The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Effectivity.

Section 4
