SECTION 1. Sub-heading "Other Public Works Projects," under the heading "Batangas," subsection (a), Title "A. Miscellaneous," section one of Republic Act Numbered Six hundred seventy, is amended by increasing the appropriation for items numbers fourteen and twenty-three and eliminating items seventeen and twenty-one. "14. Repair of Mapalad-na-bato Parents-Teachers Association School Building, Nasugbu Pl.000.00 "23. Repair Bulihan Parents-Teachers Association School Building, Nasugbu P1,000.00"
