Establishment of a National Science High School.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Establishment of a National Science High School. — There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a national science high school in City of San Jose Del Monte, Province of Bulacan to be known as San Jose del Monte National Science High School.

Appropriations.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Appropriations. — The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the City of San Jose del Monte National Science High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Implementation. — The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Effectivity.

Section 4
