Section 1

SECTION 1. September 18 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of Bislig, Province of Surigao del Sur to commemorate the signing of Republic Act No. 8804 declaring Bislig a city of Surigao del Sur.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, (Sgd.) JUAN PONCE ENRILE (Sgd.) PROSPERO C.
