Section 1

SECTION 1. The road which stretches from Barangay Bagatangki in the Municipality of Malinao, Province of Albay to Barangay Macaangay and passes through barangays Poblacion and Burocbusoc in the Municipality of Buhi to Barangay San Ramon, City of Iriga and ends at Barangay Anawan in the Municipality of Ocampo, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby named as the Gov. Felix O. Alfelor Sr. National Highway.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
