Section 1

SECTION 1. October 2 of every year is hereby declared an official nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Majayjay, Province of Laguna and in all the barangays therein to commemorate the foundation of the municipality, to be known as the "Majayjay Day".

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act take effect upon its approval.
