AN ACT CONVERTING THE BAGAC - MARIVELES ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF BATAAN INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Bagac - Mariveles Road in the Province of Bataan is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
