Section 1

SECTION 1. October 12 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the Municpality of Getafe, Province of Bohol to commemorate its founding anniversary and to be known as the "Getafe Foundation Day".

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
