Conversion into a National High School.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Conversion into a National High School. — The Datu Lipus Makapandong Community High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Rosario, Province of Agusan del Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School.

Transfer of Assets and Liabilities.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. — All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Datu Lipus Makapandong Community High School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School.

Appropriations.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Appropriations. — The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Datu Lipus Makapandong National High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation.

Section 4

SEC. 4. Implementation. — The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Effectivity.

Section 5
