Section 1

SECTION 1. In order to help the City of Tagaytay fi- nance reconstruction and repair of its urgent public improvements there is hereby appropriated the sum of two hundred fifty thousand pesos as aid to said city.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
