Section 4

SEC. 4. The Treasurer of the Philippine Archipelago shall receive an annual compensation of six thousand dollars, and the chief clerk of the Treasurer shall receive an annual compensation of two thousand two hundred and fifty dollars. In addition to the officers whose salaries are fixed above, there shall be employed in the office of the Auditor for the Philippine Archipelago: One clerk of class six; one clerk of class nine; two clerks of Class I.
