Section 2

SEC. 2. Such portions of Act Numbered Eighty-three, the Provincial Government Act, and its amendments, and of Acts and amendments thereof: providing for the establishment of civil government for the Provinces of Benguet, Lepanto-Bontoe, Nueva Vizcaya, Mindoro, and Paragua as are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
