Section 1

SECTION 1. Said George C. Taulbee is hereby relieved from accountability for said funds, and the Auditor is hereby authorized to place to his credit the said sum of two thousand dollars, local currency, on account of the appropriation for the Bureau of Philippine Constabulary.
