SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos, Philippine currency, or its equivalent in United States currency, is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purchase of supplies united United States for the Insular Purchasing Agent, and the sum appropriated may be disbursed by the Philippines disbursing agent at Washington.
