Section 10

SEC. 10. The cedula tax of three dollars, heretofore levied by the advisory council for the year nineteen hundred and one, is abolished, and all money collected thereunder and paid by persons residing in Occidental Negros shall be returned by the provincial treasurer to the persons paying the same.
