Section 2

SEC. 2. Sections three and four of Act Numbered Seven hundred and fifty-two are hereby renumbered as sections four and five, respectively, and a new section numbered three inserted as follows: "SEC. 3. The provisions of this Act shall apply also lo the provinces now or hereafter organized under the general provisions of the Nueva Vizcayan Act or under special legislation."
