Section 1
SECTION 1. All funds derived from the sale of the bonds issued by the Secretary of War in the name and on behalf of the Government of the Philippine Islands tinder the authority contained in section one of Act Numbered One thousand and thirty-four, are hereby appropriated for the purposes set forth in said Act and for the payment of all expenses incidental to the purchase and transfer of the so-called friar lands, including the cost of resurveys, and any attorneys fees in excess of the amount appropriated by Act Numbered Eleven hundred and twenty. The funds appropriated by this Act shall be disbursed by and under the direction of the Civil Governor, upon resolutions of the Philippine Commission.
