SEC. 2. The provincial boards of all provinces to which the provisions of Act Numbered Three hundred and thirty-seven apply are hereby authorized to order refunds of the amounts which may have been paid for the registration of large cattle under the provisions of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and forty-seven, which had been previously registered in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Three hundred and eighty-seven, upon the surrender of the certificate of registration issued under Act Numbered Three hundred and eighty-seven and exhibition of the certificate of registration issued under the provisions of Act Numbered Eleven hundred and forty-seven.
