Section 64

SEC. 64. Every contract under which a payment may be made t shall be submitted to the Auditor with the account to which such payment pertains. In the case of deeds to property purchased by the Government, the Auditor shall require an official certificate by-the Court of Land Registration or other evidence satisfactory to the Governor-General that the title is in the Government.
