Section 72

SEC. 72. The Auditor shall have and keep an official seal, upon which shall be engraved the following design: "Office, Auditor for the Philippine Islands, official seal." The Auditor shall affix his official seal to each warrant issued by him and to all copies or transcripts of papers in his office which he may be required to certify.
