Section 94
SEC. 94. The foregoing sections, except as otherwise specified, shall he construed as applying to accounts of the Insular Government, and the city of Manila, but sections forty-one, forty-two, forty-three, forty-four, forty-five, forty-six, forty-seven, forty-eight, forty-nine, fifty-one, fifty-two, and fifty-three, respectively, shall be held to apply also to provincial officers and accounts. Sections sixty-one, sixty-two, sixty-three, sixty-four, sixty-eight, and sixty-nine shall be held to apply to provincial officers and accounts, substituting for the word "Auditor" the words "district auditor" whenever the same appears.
