Section 43

SEC. 43. This Act shall take effect on November first,, nineteen hundred and five: Provided, That chiefs of Bureaus and Offices are authorized to continue officers and employees in service under the provisions of appropriation Acts as extended by Act Numbered Thirteen hundred and fifty-eight, pending the enactment of the appropriation Acts for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and six. Enacted, October 26, 1905.
