SEC. 8. The judge of the Court of First Instance for the Fifteenth .Judicial District shall continue to hold court at Masbate, m and for the subprovince of Masbate, commencing on the first Tuesdays of March and September of each year; and the clerk of the court for the Province of Masbate shall be continued as clerk of the court for the subprovinee of Masbate at the same compensation as is now authorized by law.
