SEC. 6. Institutions to which minors are committed in accordance with this Act shall be entitled to receive such sum for the care, maintenance, and instruction of such minors as may be provided by appropriation acts of the province from which any such minors are committed, or, if such minors are committed from the city of Manila, then such sum as may be provided in appropriation acts for the city of Manila.
