Section 21

SEC. 21. Upon written request a special permit may be issued by a municipal board of health, or if there be no municipal board of health by a municipal secretary, for the conveyance of a dead body to sea for burial: Provided, That the body be transported in the manner prescribed by the municipal board of health and that Hie marine laws governing burials at sea are complied with: And Provided further, That death is not due to or with a contagious, infectious, or communicable disease of a dangerous character.
