Section 15

SEC. 15. No corporation doing business in the Philippine Islands or receiving any grant, franchise, or concession from the Government of the Philippine Islands shall use, employ, or contract for the llabor of persons claimed or alleged to be held in involuntary servitude, and any corporation violating the provisions of this section shall forfeit all charters, grants, franchises, and concessions for doing business in said Islands, and in addition shall be deemed guilty of an offense and shall be punished by a line of twenty thousand pesos.
