Act No. 1459 Section 24

Section 24

SEC. 24. The meetings of the members or stockholders of a g corporation shall be held at the place where the principal office of the corporation is established or located and where practicable in the principal office of the corporation. Directors' meetings may be held at the place fixed in the by-laws.
