SEC. 41. Notices of delinquency and sale nl' stock for unpaid subscriptions must be published in the newspapers specified in the section immediately preceding, and, when published in a daily newspaper, must be published in ten successive issues of said newspaper previous to the day of sale, and. when published in a weekly newspaper, must be published two weeks previous to the sale and the first publication must be fifteen days prior to the day of sale.
