Section 128

SEC. 128. It shall be lawful for any such bank having its head office in the city of Manila, and having a paid-up capital of not less than one million pesos, to establish a branch or brandies in any municipality or municipalities in the Philippine Islands, and to conduct its authorized banking business in the city of Manila and in such branch or branches; but the corporation shall be responsible for all the business conducted in its branch or branches to the same extent and in the same manner as though such business had all been conducted in the principal institution at Manila. In the case of the establishment of a branch, or branches, the business shall be treated as an entirety.
