Section 141

SEC. 141. The capital stock of any trust corporation shall be security for the faithful performance of all the trust duties of the corporation: Provided, however, That claims against such corporation as executor of the will of any deceased person or as administrator, with or without the will annexed, of any deceased person, or as guardian, receiver, trustee, or depositary of the estate of any minor, insane person, idiot, habitual drunkard, or other incompetent of irresponsible person, or as receiver or depositary under and by virtue of an order or appointment of any court, shall have priority over all other claims.
