Section 176

SEC. 176. Certificates of stock shall be issued to each stockholder on the payment of membership fee and first installment of dues by him. The corporation shall have the power to charge a membership or entrance fee not exceeding one peso upon each share of stock issued and may also charge a transfer fee not exceeding twenty centavos on each share transferred, all of which shall be paid into the treasury and accounted for as funds of the corporation. Shares which have not been pledged as security for the payment of a loan shall be called "free shares." and shares which have been so pledged shall be called pledged shares.
