SEC. 6. The first paragraph of section one of Act Numbered Thirteen hundred and thirty-four is hereby amended to read as follows : "SECTION 1. Provincial officers, their deputies, subordinates, and other employees shall be allowed the expenses of travel and subsistence while necessarily absent from their designated headquarters on official business as herein provided :"
