Section 2

SEC. 2. Persons practicing medicine and surgery or pharmacy in the Philippine Islands under the terms of section one of this Act shall, in all other respects, lie subject to the provisions and liable to the penalties prescribed in Acts Numbered Three hundred and ten and Five hundred and ninety-seven, respectively.
